|
The remnants of the landing for the Shichiri Crossing boat from Tokaido Shrine lodging to Kuwana. It was called "Shichiri Crossing" because it was shichi (7) ri (an old unit of measure equal to 3.93km) from Atsuta to Kuwana along the shore road. The large gate standing here is called "One Gate to Ise" because it marks the entry to the Ise Road. |
